How do I calculate RMSF of protein-ligand complex using YASARA Dynamics?

After 5ns MDS, I calculated RMSD vs TIME graph from analysis data, but don't understand how to calculate RMSF from the DATA. The enclosed analysis file can be opened in NotePad. Thanks in advance.
