I treat mammalian cells with drugs and look for target proteins on cell surface (known target in this case). I am doing pull down experiments on mammalian cells to capture the target after lysing the cells. However, lysing the cells result in a lot of undesired background binding of proteins from cytosol/organelles. So I was wondering if there is any way to concentrate surface proteins and then try pull down on the target to minimize background.
