to get the good result, data should not be repetitive. this problem often occurs with many zeros. better you can use MINITAB statistical tool to randomize data than import those data on ANN/ANFIS.

Dear Brother,You can use nonparametric test as statistically.You can add a very small number such as 0.001 to avoid zeros but it is not meaningful :)
