Unfortunately I can't find any good literature about altered bone morphology due to hemiparesis, paralysis or muscle weakness. Can I tell somehow whether the given person had facial paralysis (9-12. cranial nerves) according to theeth or masseter muscle attachment?
I will try to help you out, but i dont have the full answer. First get the list of all muscles innervated by the facial nerve. Masseter is not one of them. All the muscles innervated by the facial nerve arevery small and make very small changes in the bone by there actions. The strongest and most frequesntly ised would b Levator anguli oris and levator labii superioris. The These muscles arise from the zygoma or the cheek bone. So you will hav to look thee on the skeleton. And i hope the skeletons are not too old. All the best.
Never thought about this before. It can be very evident in weight bearing bones but in facial paralysis, I would have to surmise that if this occurred early in life, it may be easier to determine. But, in an elderly onset, I would not think it easily measured. I'll be following in hopes of finding out.

The motor nuclei of cranial nerves you mentioned are mostly located in the medulla oblongata. Also Lesions of 9-10-11 may be related with foramen jugulare which these three nerves exit from cranium together.
Bulbar palsy is a clinical condition which is related with these cranial nerves.
But I don't have any idea about facial paralysis and these cranial nerves
