I'm looking for the simplest and quick way to determine HOMO and LUMO energy of a semiconductor without UPS spectroscopy. Any advise will be helpful please. Thank you
Cyclic voltammetry is a simple way to determine HOMO and LUMO energy levels of organic semiconductors.

@Xuhua Wang, thank you

This article may help you.
Thanks a lot @Bikash
UV-Vis will give you the optical band gap, but not the absolute positions of the bands with respect to the Fermi level.
If you don't have UPS to determine the HOMO (LUMO isn't visible in UPS, anyway), do you have access to an STM where you could do STS?
