Suppose a body which is named A has a temperature that is X and surrounded with temperature Y. Now I want to know if there is anyway by which we will be able to make the temperature of body (X) equal to the temperature of surrounding (Y)......... Is there any way? If YES then tell me about it.....
Putting two bodies in thermal contact, that is, allowing via a weak iinteraction energy to flow between two bodies leads, via 0th law of thermodynamics, to the equalization of both bodies' temperatures. In your question, it seems you wish not only to have the two bodies at equal temperatures at the end of the process, which is very feasible indeed---all you need to do is wait---but you also want both temperatures to be equal to the initial temperature of the second body, which you call the surroundings. Now this depends very much on the respective sizes of A and B. The final temperature is in fact uniquely determined by the fact that the heat that leaves A to go to B is the same that comes to B from A (energy conservation). For the final temperature to be equal to the initial temperature of the second body, the heat going from A to B should have a negligible effect on B's temperature. For this to happen, the specific heat of B must be very large compared to that of A. That is, of course, normally the case when we speak of a ``surrounding medium'' which is thought of as infninitely larger than the surrounded system. So yes, in thta case, it is sufficient to put them in contact and wait.
As we know that there is always a heat transfer if there is a temperature gradient between the two bodies. the heat transfer depends on the medium. All the three modes of heat transfer(conduction,convection,radiation) will help the bodies to reach the same temperature. Even the natural convection can even bring the two bodies to the same temperature.
That is the reason why a cool drink becomes hot when it is kept in room temperature. heat transfer will be there until reaches thermodynamic equilibrium.
