You can first check the qs systems of your isolates against several standard biosensors, then screen for qs inhibitors produced by other bacteria directly on the selected biosensors. Finally, evaluate the quenching activity by following inhibition of a qs controlled phenotype

Thank you very much for you kind, valuable suggestion. However, to the best of my knowledge we can use your method of evaluation for Gram-negative bacteria not for Gram-positives' particularly S. aureus. Thanks
