Is there any type of Expression Vector which can be useful in secreting a recombinant protein with proper folding and posttranslational modification?

I need to know one or two shuttle vector types to use it in production of recombinant protein in bacteria.

Much information is missing... What posttranslational modification are you talking about? What is the origin of your protein?
