I really need further training about how to develop a good curriculum for tourism vocational education. Is there any training or workshop provided to study about it??
Please inform me if there's any information about it.

I'd like to add what has been suggested by Ian. In developing curriculum which ideally will "produce" graduates that match to the needs of the market, you should invite experts or people who are already in the field for tapping their insights and experiences. So the curriculum, especially for vocational study programs, should focused more on practical issues than theoretical aspects.
I work with a colleague who completed her PhD in curriculum development for vocational education, particularly tourism and events management. You can read more about her here:
Malaysia's approach in developing a curriculum for a technical field is collective-based, and it is managed by the Department of Skills Development (DSD). This goes for tourism. The department has an approach in curriculum development that is matched with conventional with academic education, which has been practiced and perfected over a period of 30 years. DSD's approach curriculum development by pulling resources from as many as possible tourism stakeholders. To Malaysia, this collective approach works because a curriculum needs to have certain amount of flexibility which can only be incorporated through collective approach. In this way, when needed, a person can switch from academic to vocational or vice verse with ease. You can find their link here https://www.dsd.gov.my/index.php/en/.
