I have performed dielectric loss factor (ϵ′′) measurement of a few solvent mixtures and solvent-solute mixtures at 2.45 GHz using resonance cavity perturbation at room temperature. Now, I am trying find a theoretical explanation of the resultant dielectric loss of mixtures in the literature. Could anyone please help me on this? If anyone has expertise on this, I would be happy to share the data to discuss further. Thanks.

you could use mixing rules, it gives a god estimated depending on the model used, below an example
