Is there any suitable tool or software for drawing electrical circuits for high quality graphics?

Since, I want to design a system which includes some power electronics components and user defined text block or box. It is very hard to draw this sort of system in Ms Visio especially to design electrical components . Although, the design will not be simulated but the design will be a set of text box and electrical components just for figuring purpose. That would make sure high quality figure in paper.

I am asking help from expert who are working on it. Free tools or software would be appreciated for this purpose.
