Is there any statistical method to know the effect of individual stress form the data of plant biochemical changes under combined stresses?

I grown the plant species with treatment of two gaseous doses individually and in combination in an chamber experiment. I want to know the individual effect (in %) of each pollutant in the sample which are treated by combination.
