no this frequency is very high & wave length is very short.

The ITU may also have published a millimeter wave channel model.

What's the context?

ITU published something about aeronautical channel modelling for high frequencies but all depends on your application. For instance ITU takes into account the effects of fuselage and the climatic context but neglects the doubly selectivity caused by obstacles and high speeds for low height flight.

Have you got a available channel model for 28 GHz Millimeter Wave？I also need this.I know the 802.15.3c channel model which is suitable for 60GHz..But I‘m not sure it is useful to 28GHz.I would be very grateful if you can share it withme！
