Hi,
try to get this paper. They extracted DNA from Sarcostemma.

Cheers, Nadine
Thank you madam...They claimed that extraction was done from leaf tissue..But Sarcostemma is xerophytic plant in which leaf is highly reduced...so how can it be possible?
Hi, I worked with aphids and extracted DNA out of one. Enough DNA to do downstream applications like PCR or RT-PCR.
Don't worry. There is enough material.
Ok.....thank you
I performed site directed mutagenesis, transformation, and then I sent out plasmids for Sanger sequencing and found out that there is extension of DNA just before the stop codon. I am not sure...
