I want to replace bacteria culture with water in concrete specimens to induce calcite by bacteria inside the concrete,but concrete has a high PH(about 12 or 13),and the optimum PH for bacteria activities is about 7.so this causes bacteria can not have a suitable activity inside the concrete.
do you know any liquid material to help me and eliminate this problem?

I am not an expert on the subject but I think the idea people had is to find bacteria that can stand the high pH of the concrete instead of decreasing the pH of the solution (which can lead to durability problems). People at Delft University (The Netherlands) have been working a lot on the subject. You can read for example:

I've studied the paper that you offer me. they've used some material like clay to protect bacteria in the concrete,but clay leads to descend of concrete strength as well. on the other hand i'm not going to decrease the concrete PH,but i want to use a solution as preservative of bacteria against to concrete high PH.
