The problem in Romania si the difficulty to create a specific database for the peculiar dataset unconventional plays require for a correct description . This problem is the interminable classification of geological information since the 50's of lat century.

Dear Waldemar,
I had been working in a large corporation for million dollar data bases gathering, conception and sale: they are commercial data with lot of added value , e.g. relational, GIS, analysis, etc,.
I was speaking on mere geological data that are free worldwide and of locational data that must be free according to EU directive of 2003. This is not the case in Romania yet in spite of the industry white papers and lobbying to government agency keeping it tight
