Is there any software to find the % content/ amount of a material in a fabricated sample?

I have printed a sample of Cu2O powder. I have used XRD and analyzed with Jade software . I can see some peaks of CuO and Cu2O but i need to fine the exact % content of CuO and Cu2O.

if you can run EDX (Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy) using an SEM system equipped with EDX, then you can find out the percent values for each of the elements present (except for elements lighter than C). However, this % values are good only within the depth that EDX can collect information from that include backscattered electrons and / or secondary electrons (Typically few Micron deep).
