You can do it in R, for free. See http://ibis.geog.ubc.ca/~rdmoore/Rcode.htm for the package and manual.
You can also do it (probably easier) using expensive software. Googling on IDF curve software gives loads of hits.
Use the data you have collect for IDF and model the equation for the curve in MATLAB for technical computing.
The Hydrognomon software is in English but it's true that the Help is currently in Greek; an English Help will be released with the new version.
However, there are English instructions including and videos in the first link below. In particular, there is English documentation for the idf curves in the second link below.
