Phosphorus and it's various fractions in the soil are good indicators for analysing soil Fertility. So their accurate measurement may help the famers, scientific communities and policy makers. But for this purpose one need to use very precise method. Therefore, Which scientific method I can use to do accurate measurement of different P fractions of soil ?

Dr.Yadav,there are some P fractionation schemes like those of Chang&Jackson(further modified by Petersen and Corey1966;Williams et al.1967) and Hedley et al.(1982).Currently the Hedley fractionation scheme is popular with some further modifications in the recent past,depending on the purpose.For soil quality or health assessment one need not go for fractionation of P.It is sufficient if soil available P is estimated by any of the standard methods like Olsen et al. 1954 (for neutral-alkaline and calcareous soils),Bray and Kurtz,1945.(acid soils).Please see my publications in researchgate,both on P fractionation and available P in soils..
