Dear All
Can anyone suggest me if there is any scale available to measure employee voluntary turnover? Although I have come across many scale for employee turnover intention, unfortunately wasn't able to find a appropriate scale for actual turnover. Currently I am conducting a research study on employee turnover within Bangladesh readymade garments industry.
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated

Mostly in literature the scale available is 'employee turnover intention'. However, you are mentioning two points simultaneously "employee voluntary turnover & employee actual turnover". I don't think these are same concepts or please elaborate for better understanding.

Please go through this blog I hope this would be helpful. Remember turnover is a behavior & turnover intention is an intend, so you can't simply use the intention scale for behavior.
