In the course of my Ph.D., I have designed, and executed multi-step organic syntheses and evaluated these compounds with numerous biological assays such as determination of efficacy against bacterial and cancer cell lines, intracellular thiol depletion, intracellular click reaction, cell permeability, plasmid DNA damage etc. This involved expertise in handling several instruments like HPLC, LC-MS, photometry, fluorimetry etc. My doctoral programme was quite eventful and I can confidently say that the methods and assays developed by me are new, versatile and challenging. These methods and assays are very useful and currently are of great use to my co-workers. Now, I am willing to pursue postdoctoral position. However, struggling to find one.
