how can we get to know the number of layers required in the deep learning model and how many neurons should be in a layer ....... is there any way to find this so that we can solve the problem of overfitting and underfitting?
There's the tiling algorithm of Mézard and Nadal, Article Learning in feedforward layered networks: The tiling algorithm
