I added the Mn dopant into the MAPbBr3 perovskite. When Mn dopant I added up to a certain amount, pl intensity can get a high result, but in the next day, the highest result I got decreased sharply. I want to know is there any connection between crystallinity, PL intensity, and the appearance of the thin film's pinholes.
The enhanced crystallinity increases the PL because it may decrease the crystallographic defects leading to the reduction in the effective recombination centers which contribute to the rapid nonradiative recombination of electron hole pairs.

Were your samples stored in atmosphere? If so, it was likely the oxidation happened. To know more in depth, you need to use other techniques to analyse what's going on with your samples. The simply PL measurements couldn't tell whether some other factors could affect the PL decreased.
The PL intensity increases with the improvement in the crystallinity of the material.
