Is there any reference book available to study different optimization method used in Parametric Optimization of EDM Parameters ? I required to study the latest used optimization techniques for EDM.
I recommended: Introduction to Optimum Design by Arora as a first step.

Dear Sir I recommend the book "Optimization for Engineering Design: Algorithms and Examples". Author - Kalyanmoy Deb, Prentice-Hall of India, 01-Feb-2004 - Computer-aided design - 381 pages.
This book will be very useful for heuristic optimization algorithms.
