One of my friend have got one sample of rust on leaf, so is there anybody who is having any idea about the recent monographs or Paper in which morphological or molecular identification is given? I will be very happy to collaborate also on the same ,if some body is interested?

Dear Dr.Kiran,
I also have fungal sample (possibly Ganoderma sp) to be sequenced. I think ITS I. 5.8S and ITS2/ ITS4 will be the best sequence we can use as barcodes. These regions can easily be amplified by universal primers in the conserved flanking regions of SSU (Small Subunit) and LSU (large subunit).
