My thesis work is based on simulation of solar cell in scaps 1D. In scaps I add a defect in individual layer. Is there any range of defect density value? I mean i need a reference paper in which the defect density range is discssed clearly.
what material are you working with/ simulating? Typical defect densities in real-world solar cells can be anywhere between 10^10 cm-3 and 10^17 cm-3. But for specific references, it would be good what system and device you are looking at.
