Please, if there is a website or data bank globally, let me know for downloading the rainfall data for western Europe preferably for each minute, or hourly. but if it is daily finally is Ok.
Regarding satellite data you may want to have a look to some global rainfall products like GPM (https://pmm.nasa.gov/data-access/downloads/gpm), TMPA V7 (http://disc.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/gesNews/trmm_v7_multisat_precip), as well as CMORPH, PERSIANN and GPCP data sets. Over Europe there are some rainfall products provided by EUMETSAT (http://hsaf.meteoam.it/). If you want there is a reanalysis product, ERA Interim available here (http://apps.ecmwf.int/datasets/data/interim-full-daily/levtype=sfc/). Finally, there is a new rainfall product obtained through satellite soil moisture observation, SM2RAIN (https://www.researchgate.net/publication/301216083_SM2RAIN-ASCAT_1_Jan_2007_-_31_Dec_2015_European_rainfall_dataset_025_degreedaily)

Luca mentioned the ERA Interim reanalysis. As far as I know, the assimilation system of this reanalysis uses remote sensing data which are affected by precipitation (not used by other reanalysis systems) but does not assimilate precipitation data (e.g. from stations) directly (that's what I have found in Dee et al. 2011). So precipitation is mainly a result of model physics / parametrization. You should keep this in mind when working with the data.
As you are interested in data from western Europe, where you have a relatively high density of gauges, why not having a look at interpolated data from rain gauges like
