Is there any rainfall data as Radar data or satelite data in daily or better hourly in region of western Europe to download and use?

Please, if there is a website or data bank globally, let me know for downloading the rainfall data for western Europe preferably for each minute, or hourly. but if it is daily finally is Ok.
