We are studying social capital in a clothing industry cluster in south Brazil. We are using: Nahapiet, J. & Goshal, S. (1997). Social Capital, intellectual capital and the creation of value in firms. Academy of Management Proceedings, n. 22, p.35 – 39.

In that study authors developed three dimensions - structural, relational and cognitive. We are trying to develop a questionaire using these three dimensions to do a survey. We would like to know: has somebody already developed a questionnaire using these three dimensions or has some suggestions about questions for us?
