We are working on a drug for which dose in rat is difficult to find in literature. But we do have dose in humans. We are in search of article or guideline stating conversion from human dose to dose for rat in mg/kg.

You can find this information in the FDA Guidance for Starting doses in man (the file is attached).
The table 1 (page 7) gives rules for the conversion of doses from an animal species to humans. You have to do the inverse in your case.
