Roman, what you´re looking for, you´re gonna find on bigger products like Primavera. The level of resource arrangement, informations and allocation, you will only find in this kind of product. MS Project you have the resource information and you have the automated resource allocation, but it don´t use advanced algorithms.

Well to be honest I dont see any advanced functionalities in Microsoft Project Server or Primavera. This is the problem of most products used today I think. There are only information like resource role, or resource calendar implemented. But nothing else regarding some automation. 

Roman, you´re not wrong. I would like to have some functionalities based on comportamental, habilities and atitute and then allocate the resource based on requirements of the task. That would be great.

Roman, try PDWare. They seem to have an idea or a solution that considers human resource allocation using prioritized analysis algorithms and dynamic dashboards.  I have not tried their software or application since the need has not risen, but I guess it is worth verifying.

Hi Roman Nedzelský the topic of resource management and capacity planning is very important but also very difficult. As a practitioner I rarely find companies that have the sophistication and discipline to make this work effectively. That's partially why many tools do not have resource optimization capabilities.
