In today's time, we have two major resources to find out the availability of open access journals and books viz. Directory of open access journals (DOAJ) and Directory of open access books (DOAB). But I am looking for the platform through which one can easily find out the conference proceedings published in open access manner.

The Directory of open access books (https://www.doabooks.org) includes also conference proceedings. However, DOAB is rather incomplete. It tends to include only open access books of larg publishers. Many books are missing, especially those published by institutions instead of professional publishers. When I am looking for open access books (or proceedings) I search the following sites: Google search, Research Gate, Karlsruhe Virtual Catalog (http://kvk.bibliothek.kit.edu/index.html?lang=en).
You may check "The Public Library of Science (PLOS)" https://www.plos.org/ . All PLOS journals are peer reviewed. PLOS upholds the highest international standards for research ethics, publication ethics and scientific reporting. This platform also containing conference proceedings in Pre print form of all types of research.
