Yes there is. But I shall suggest to ensure expert physiotherapist as well as standard physiotherapy modalities (if needed) to minimize the bias. Otherwise the findings will be questionable. Thanks...
There are some protocols, but they have some problems. Best protocol is based on patient condition, the main problem of standards protocols is that all of them design for: fit of all, but every patient have different features
Thanks dear Cherly Holler Miller for providing a very useful article..
Dear Rajib and Jafar, thanks a lot for your suggestions ...
Same thing is also with Ayurveda Treatment, both are individualized therapy, there are many variables in each case ... actually i was trying to do some stratification on which latter i can do a subgroup analysis....
Thanks dear Cherly Holler Miller for providing a very amazing article.
Regarding the main question about physiotherapy protocols and guidelines for Cervical spondylosis I think there is a lot but in my opinion I don't like but very much because it makes the treatment very general and usually doesn't apply to most cases.
Therefore I would rather concentrate on treating the current symptoms (which is to eliminate the cause of the impairment of body structure and function) and then to work on keeping the patient general function as much as possible (to maintain the activities and function) and finally to keep the patient participating as he/she should according to all personal factors.
Which I mean simply to treat his current symptoms not the diagnosis.
There is specific protocol for each conditions in physiotherapeutic means of treatment...but that is depend upon the condition, patient priority, patient need,...and many more. Every individual is different so there protocol vary accordingly..!!
