Yes, you are right. My issue was making them transparent even in solid-state. Since I need the PCM material to be able to transmit visibly wavelength of light in solid-state.

I fear most of the PCMs in this range are having similar nature. If your application is related to residential buildings, then you can also consider change the position of PCM or use cascaded designs.
