I does not know about any open source software to measure the weld bead geometry. You may try ImageJ for measuring weld area. If you need to access the facility here at NIT Trichy, you can message me in RG. We Materials Joining and Testing laboratory have stereo microscope and Struers welding expert system.
If you do have the microstructure or macrostructure figures, you can use imagej software to measure all the zones you mentioned.
