here I am mainly looking for FEM Software I know that some commercial software like ANSYS, ANSYS Maxwell, Abaqus, COMSOL can do this, but doing a quick research I could not find any implementation of an open source solver with this capability. Maybe here someone definitely knows some capable software or project?

The main problem with Salome is the learning curve, COMSOL or ANSYS Maxwell are by far easier to start with.
