I frequently use SARScape for processing S1 data. I now need to process larger datasets (60-90 S1A images, full coverage) to retrieve finer/seasonal displacement and I am planning to go with cloud computing solutions. I wonder if any open source package can automatically merge Sentinel-1 swath ?
Not fully an answer but maybe a starting point:
ESA SNAP has full Sentinel-1integration and an export function for PSI processing in StaMPS. Both tools are open source. SBAS export is still to be developed for SNAP.

Here is modified version of ROI_PAC as Sentinel-1 SAR data processor that would solve your problem. Scripts may can be modified as desired.

there are many, one of them is GMTSAR. Even you could do SBAS with ANC correction or converting the inteferograms from GMTSAR to STAMPS.
ISCE can merge swaths automatically. You can give an area of interest and it will subset and merge swaths to cover the study area.
Like Noorlaila suggests, GMTSAR is a good option and fairly easy to use.

If you are going to process more number of scenes, I would suggest you use GMTSAR (need Linux/Unix operation system). It is totally free and quite manageable with less storage compared to SNAP. Another benefit, you can run all the processes with a few easy scripts, so it is more automated. GMTSAR is open source and able to process up to D-InSAR (including SBAS).
