I anthropometric information are quite important when design interactions. So far I did not really find any reliable online resources of anthropometric tables that are open source. Of course Nasa (http://msis.jsc.nasa.gov/sections/section03.htm) provides quite a lot of tables but they are very hard to extract information from due to the format. ideally a machine readable or easy to export format will be a very handy tools for a lot of HCI researchers like myself.

Are you perhapse looking for Bonnie John's work on GOMS modeling? Her work models things like human reaction time and how fast expert users can interact with an interface. It also models speed of human interactions with the mouse and keyboard.

For anthropometric data, we have been working with the 1988 ANSUR data available from the US Army survey. Online tools that use the data are available in part from PSU's open lab: http://www.openlab.psu.edu/tools/anthropometric_databases.php

ANSUR is a little old but in basic data frame format ready for tools like R. We also contacted the CDC who has done a number of surveys like NHANES. We were working specifically with facial / head tracking so our needs were very focused on those landmarks. We had issues with children / adolescent subjects because our fit models were based entirely on military personel and still trying to make improvements.
The NHAHES III Child table links at UMICH seem to be broken but maybe you could contact:
