I suppose it depends on the research questions you are interested in. Chris Klingenberg has published some papers on geometric morphometrics using mice mandibles (you can find the papers in his website http://www.flywings.org.uk/papers_page.htm). There is also a publication by Macholán about morphometric data for mouse skull (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0044523108000399). But of course, it depends on your research interest.
