Is there any one who has modeled moisture transfer and absorption in Fluent. If so can you explain the procedure briefly?

Currently, I am working on moisture transfer and absorption of desiccant from moist air. I am looking for a method to model that phenomenon in CFD using ANSYS fluent. I need some instructions to start.
