Is there any multiple access technique combine narrow band with wide band transmission ?

In orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) we are sending narrow band signals using orthogonal sub carriers, while in code division multiple access (CDMA) we are sending wide band signals using spreading codes.

Is there any technique or MA scheme that sends both narrow and wide band signals on top of each other ?
