Is there any method to reveal PEG-based-copolymer on TLC, the monomer is UV-active but after polymerization only its own spot is viewed under UVlight?

Is it possible that the monomer and its PEG based copolymer have same migration profile and how it is possible to monitor the polymerization with TLC to know either there is a reaction or not between PEG and the monomer that is UV active because it has a pyridone cycle ?

Dear Guebailia Azzou, since it is a copolymer the polymer molecules chains behavior is as a single molecules, thus they should have one spot and intimate migration. To prove the copolymerizztion occurrence spot at the same TLC sheet both neat PEG and the copolymer. Logically they travel with different speeds regading their size and polarity. My Regards
