There is Streptomyces Agar from Himedia and the optimized Streptomyces medium from Sigma Aldrich. There is also 65. GYM Streptomyces Agar Medium composed of Glucose 4.0 g; Yeast extract 4.0 g; Malt extract 10.0 g; CaCO3 2.0 g; Agar 12.0 g Distilled water 1000.0 ml. Adjust pH to 7.2 before adding agar. Remove CaCO3 if liquid (broth) medium is used. You do not confirm the identity of an organism by mere growth on a medium. There are standard biochemical and molecular approaches for that. The media suggested above are for growth and cultivation of Streptomycetes. You cannot rule out the possibility of other actinomycetes or even unicellular bacteria growing. There is really nothing in those media that will so clearly keep off eubacteria.
ISP medium N 4 is used for cultivation and characterization of Streptomyces. But you can differentiate the Streptomyces by colony morphology and microscopy. It's difficult to differentiate Streptomyces from each other or identification by species level by morphology but distinguishing from other genera of microorganisms not so difficult.
