I am working in ternary composites. Is there anyone working in graphene and its derivatives. I want to make a composite comprised of GO with some inorganic material.

Can you please tell us more why you need to prepare this nanocomposite? and what kind of inorganic materials you want to use?
there are several methods of making GO based composite based on your needs and usage!!
1. Hydogel
2. Aerogel
3. Nano particle
and many more using several techniques including hydro-thermal, solvo-thermal, co-precipitation, Wet-chemical etc..

Spin coating. Is a simple technique to prepare a GO composite membrane using inorganic
substrate is by spin-coating. The benefit of this technique is its ability to produce uniform layer of film compared with other techniques such as drop casting and solvent-induced precipitation. It can also produce a very thin film [1] which is more suitable for membrane application. This technique has been used to coat GO layer on a SiO2/Si substrate to obtain a very thin layer of GO (about 1 nm in height).
