Is there any high throughput agar plate assay to screen a rhamnolipid hyperproducer (a bacterial MUTANT) from the wild type?

We can differentiate a hyperproducer from wild type by CTAB and haemolysis but these assays are not promising if we are screening from large number of microbes. So I need to know methods for selection of general/specific mutants.
