Is there any good method to raise antibodies using fish models?

I would like to know suitability of fish models for synthesis of antibodies against a specific compound (antigen).

You want to generate antibody in fish that can be achieved as being done using different animals (specially mammals). You may use the same protocol. For stimulation use complete Freund's adjuvant and for boosting use incomplete Freund's adjuvant.
