I am in agreement with Reza, Openxrd o also you can use difract EVA, which is available with free licence during one week ( but EVA can help you with the indexation process).
Other way to do that, is to take all data and calculating using the excell..
Percent crystallinity is determined via XRD, the crystallinity is calculated by dividing the total area of crystalline peaks by the total area under the diffraction curve (crystalline plus amorphous peaks).
% Crystallinity = (total area of crystalline peaks) / (total area of all peaks)
