Dear Researcher, Do you have any recommendation of publisher that free from APC?

Currently, I want to publish my papers that I wrote for student paper competition, which is a mini research and mini review article. Therefore I do feel not confident to publish it in Scopus indexed journal.

If you have any publisher recommendations that similar with Lambert Academic Publishing but also registered with ISSN or ISBN, please let me know.
