The setting time of cement increases with decrease in temperature and setting time decreases with increase of temperature. I have calculated initial setting time for a cement sample at 15oC. What will be the initial setting time of same sample at 35oC? I am looking for a relationship that can give the setting time of cement for any particular temperature.

I don't believe that there is a simple equation. Your setting time will depend on many more factors than just the temperature, e.g. fineness, presence of SCMs.
We have placed our setting time kit in a low temperature oven before now (making sure to equilibrate the temperature of the materials before mixing). This appeared to work.
There is no unique relation between temperature and setting time of cement. The relation is more complicated so, I think you can do one for your local circumstances . You must stabilize all variables affect setting time of cement such ,as humidity,type of cement , mixing procedure and so on ,and variate only temperature . Use a wide range of temperature variations on and graph the relation . Statistical program may be necessary to describe the relation graphical and mathematical with studying the factors of accuracy for your model.
