Previous I've extracted polyphenols from the aqueous extract of plant by using di-ion resin. But I want extract polyphenols from other solvents (like n-hexane or ethyl acetate). is there any any effective process of extracting Polyphenols from plant extract.
Beside this what is the suitable procedure for the isolation of proanthrocyanidins from plants?

This review addresses the application of different methodologies utilized in the analysis of phenolic compounds in plant-based products, including recent technical developments in the quantification of phenolics.
